The Session of First Presbyterian Church of
Plainsboro met on Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at 7:00 PM in the Wicoff
Library. Here are some highlights of actions taken at the
meetings:

Vacation for Pastor Anita
Milne, from July 5 - July 12, was approved.

A draft of the 2010-2011
budget was reviewed, and will be voted on in August.

A draft of revisions to
the church Bylaws was distributed for review, to be voted on in
August.

A request by an
instrumental trio to use the sanctuary for a 3 PM concert on
September 18 (a Saturday) was approved. The group will arrange for
the piano to be tuned. The suggested free-will donation for the
concert will be $10. Half of the proceeds will be given to the
church, which will donate the funds to the Plainsboro Food Pantry.
Lynn McCarty will act as event coordinator.
The
next meeting of the session will be on Sunday, August 15, 2010, at 7
PM. Church
